Product License Agreement

For Images, Document Templates, Designs, and 3D Models (“digital assets”).

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital assets (“Licensed Material”) provided by [Lumxnari (PTY) LTD] (“Licensor”).

1. Permitted Uses
By purchasing “and/or” downloading design files from www.lorem.graphics, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

1.1. Download and store the Licensed Material.

1.2. Use the Licensed Material for personal and commercial purposes, including within projects, products, or services you create.

2. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

2.1 Resell, relicense, or otherwise redistribute the Licensed Material in its original or modified form, whether for free or for a fee.

2.2. Include the Licensed Material in any product, service, or platform that allows others to access, extract, or redistribute the Licensed Material as standalone files.

2.3. Claim ownership of the Licensed Material.

3. Ownership
3.1. The Lorem.graphics retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Licensed Material.

3.2. This license does not transfer any ownership.

4. Termination
4.1. This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms. 4.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Material.

5. Disclaimer
5.1. The Licensed Material is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use.
